Okay, this may be more of a rant than an opinion, so I apologize beforehand. Is it just me, or does it seem like cases in court are treated like games? Whoever has the best lawyer wins! Notice, the two people you should never lie to are your lawyer and your hairdresser. If you did it, your lawyer knows, but you can still win! It's all a game! The court doesn't care who gets punished, as long as somebody is paying for the crime! Guilty people go free because they had the money and the straight poker face to get out of it. Meanwhile, the accusers are in danger because their "predator" is out! It sickens me. You see, if evidence is found illegally, meaning, if inspectors go into someone's house without a warrant, and can solidly prove that the defendant did it, they have to scrap the evidence because they obtained it illegally. I think that this is wrong. I can't believe our court system is so screwy.
