Alright. Here goes. I am double sided in the case of abortion. Why? Here's why.
I believe that if a woman had been raped *how horrible!* or used birth control while she did it, :P then I think she can abort the unborn child if she doesn't want it. Clearly, it wasn't her own choice to have conceived the baby, so why shouldn't she have the choice to keep it or not? Be practical now.
What I DO think is wrong is when the woman has unprotected sex by her own will and then has the abortion. That's downright braindead. If she did it, and there is a living soul inside her womb, then that child, by right, can live. Sure, if she doesn't want it, put it up for adoption, but for God's sake, your own sake, and for the baby's sake, just have the darned kid. The baby shouldn't have to suffer like that because of its mother's mistakes, now should it?
