The Creation of Another Nameless Face
This is the brief history of the band told by Jimmy. Once upon a time, Tommy, Macon, and J.P. started a band. They struggled over a name. Then, J.P. decided it was not his gig. Melody joins, learns the songs in record time, and they play a show. I (jimmy) then play one song with them, (tommy, melody, and macon) and I didn't suck bad enough so they let me in the band with them, and we began moving towards the enlightening music that is Ska. (not really enlightening unless you're insane..then anything goes i guess) Somewhere amongst me getting added to the band we adopted ANF or Another Nameless Face as our name. Why? you might ask. I don't know ask macon. Well...back when i was a senior in high school I met Willy Christmas and he was learning the trombone so I told everyone to go talk to him and invite him to play. And will the crazy guy that he is came and Completely overwhelmed us with his musical talents...........on guitar. Anyways, Will was then added. And next ... the big shocker for me...Since i'm never informed of anything. Tommy quits the band. Which sucked. Tommy is a funny guy. We then got Reese and he did a great job catching up to us at a great pace to play our Walk for life show at longwood. Then he went with us strangers on tour and put up with our antics. Good guy for that. but now Tommy is back and we are all peachy. Where humans come at fault music will prevail so...We'll keep pushing until one day we just collapse and die and you'll be right there with us hopefully not dying...So thanks for all your support.
