Exercise 5.3

The P.K exercise (suspended needle).

In this exercise we are going to try to control the movement of a suspended needle. The main aim of the exercise is to help you to break down barriers that exist within your subconscious mind, which can impede your P.K abilities. Once these barriers have been disturbed, then you can begin to develop stronger P.K powers and unleash your true potential. This exercise is not designed to prove P.K exists, because there are so many other variables that can influence the movement of the needle. You have to decide, if it is your thought processes, that are influencing the needles movement and I know that once you begin the exercise, you will have no uncertainties with regards to when you are using P.K. So, don’t be put off it someone makes negative comments on the experiment set-up, understand that this exercise is only a tool to be used, in order to achieve the ultimate in P.K and that can be spoon bending or moving objects across tables. So let’s begin.
  You need a length of cotton (about 24” long) and a needle. Place the needle in the centre of the length of cotton and tie it firmly. Then using cellotape suspend the cotton so that the needle can move freely.

Now place your hand near to the needle or place your index finger and thumb around the cotton. Do not touch the cotton or the needle during this exercise. You now must concentrate on the needle and with every exhalation, imagine you are pushing a burst of energy through your arm towards the needle. Try to become part of the needle, so feel the steel and shape when you push. Do this in a relaxed manner, however, make sure that you concentrate on that beam of energy hitting the target. The needle should begin to move gently and oscillate with every push of energy. If after a several seconds you get tired of concentrating, then relax and let the needle settle down. Once you are ready, then you can begin to concentrate again and watch your psychic powers control the needle. Carry out this exercise for the period of time indicated for the session you are doing.      You should have found that the needle did move more, when you were concentrating, than when you were not hitting hit, with your P.K. Hopefully this simple exercise should have given you a glimpse of P.K in action and believe me, this is only the start. If you found that the exercise didn’t work too well for you, then don’t worry. You can try again tomorrow and keep trying, until you can convince yourself that you can perform P.K, because I believe P.K is possible by all those who have an open-mind. So keep on with the course and you will succeed.
