Probably, like so many children, I can remember looking at our Christmas tree and becoming fascinated at the way the decorations sparkled. The One thing that I found interesting, although, something that didn’t appear significant at the time, was my ability to make some of the decorations move and spin in certain directions, just by the means of concentration. At this young age, I never gave any real significance to what I was actually doing, until much later in life. This was however, my first experience of P.K. I left school with very few real exam results to speak about and at the age of sixteen, I took on my first job as a partsman in a local motor dealership. It was during these early years that I became interested in keep-fit and the martial arts. Martial arts gave me a reason to get fit and instilled some discipline and self- confidence, which, I was clearly lacking at that time and this also opened up a new interest yoga. Yoga is one of the most important tools I have used to explore the workings of my mind and body. This tool enabled me to think clearly and to be able to concentrate on one activity at a time. The need to control your mind and not allow the mind to control you, is paramount, in order to be capable of producing P.K effects that are strong enough to be measured. So, through yoga and some simple mind control techniques, I discovered how to enhance my P.K abilities. Keeping fit is another very important pre-requisite for producing P.K, because if the body is weak then the mind is weak. You must try to remain fit throughout life and keep-fit is an important aspect of this course. With my new found knowledge of Yoga and through some very simple meditation techniques, I practised P.K in my home and developed to a stage were I was moving small objects across tables and controlling mobiles with a fairly high degree of consistency. This took about a year to achieve, but was worth the hard work as you may find out. I then decided to contact a parapsychology department. For a year, I spent many a night trying to provide the evidence of my abilities. Once again, trying to prove P.K exists is no easy task and the need to be consistent time and time again, placed me under extreme pressure, which, ultimately lead to the parapsychology department and myself departing company. There were other reasons for my departure, which shall remain undisclosed, however, I shall warn you of my pitfalls later in this course, so you may not fall foul to the same problems. I then started a family and decided to use my P.K, for more profitable/life enhancing features, rather than just as a party piece and this has transformed my life. I have gained a good job, which gives me a very good living and I have gained qualifications, which I could not have thought possible many years ago. I now have a stream of letters after my name and a C.V to be extremely proud of. The courses I have taken have been varied, but my honours degree was taken in biology. Biology gave me insights into the physical working of neurons in the brain. Studying biology to me, therefore, was more than just an interest. It was a window to glean answers about the workings of my mind and how P.K may be possible. All that I have learnt and discovered will be passed onto my children and to those who are prepared to listen, with an open mind. Some of that information is in this book. So, I now have turned my life around and it is now your turn. The course only works if you are open-minded and above all believe. If I can use P.K then you can. P.K can be mastered by all if you are willing and believe me the rewards are fantastic. To use P.K to amaze others or to use it to control your destiny only you have the choice. Above all enjoy the course and follow it to the letter and you will succeed .
