50 year old white male ejected from MVA, +EtOH, with completely displaced and open fractures of the radius and ulna

and severe soft tissue injury of left forearm are present.  Patient was neurovascularly intact with rapid and thready radial

pulse, sensation present in all fingers, and fair grip strength in LUE.  Patient did not complain of much pain due to intoxication.
