These are the full results of the 2002 Autumn Elections held at Warwick University and administered by the Elections Group. The elections were of a committee chairmanship, a faculty representative and representatives to NUS conferences. There were also three referendum motions.

For the first time at Warwick, the elections were held on-line. As Chair of Elections Group during the elections, I would like to take Union IT services for making this all possible.

NUS CONFERENCE DELEGATES (10)

NUS WOMEN'S CONFERENCE DELEGATE
Only women were able to vote in this election.

Lots were drawn and Caroline was declared elected.

NUS BLACK STUDENTS' CONFERENCE DELEGATE
Only self-defining black students were able to vote in this election.

Disappointingly, the new voting system brought a sharp decrease in turnout which meant these were the only quorate elections. The elections for Commercial Services Committee Chair and Undergraduate Science Faculty Representative were inquorate, as were the three referendum motions, "Changing The Executive Committee" (to increase the size of the Executive Committee by adding the Representational Committee Chairs and Campaigns Convenors), "Rebranding the Union" (to rename the Union buildings and staff, and Top Banana, as Onion buildings and staff, and Top Onion), and "Baroness Young 'Memorial Suite'" (to rename the Union North toilets as the "Baroness Young Memorial Suite").
