2) The winners will be announced at the conclusion of the Friday performance of You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown on December 5, 2008
3) The Grand Prize Winner will receive a check from the VJA Drama Club in the amount of $20,000. This money may be used at our partner, Bettenhausen Dodge, for a new or used car. All tax, title, and license fees are subject for payment by the raffle's grand prize winner, not by the VJA Drama Club, or any of its members, or any of the raffle's organizers and operators. This Grand Prise may also be used at any other automotive vendor or for personal expenses such as college tuition. The Grand Prize winner is responsible for delcaring his or her winnings on their income taxes.
4) The 2nd Place Winner will receive a check from the VJA Drama Club for the amount of $1000.
5) The 3rd, 4th, and 5th Place Winners will each receive checks from the VJA Drama Club for the amount of $500
6) There are no limits on the amount of tickets an individual may purchase
7) Organizers and operators of this raffle are not eligible to win any of the prizes.
8) Individuals under the age of 18 cannot participate in the raffle.
9) All 2500 tickets must be sold in order for the stated prizes to be awarded. In the event that not all tickets are sold, the Grand Prize Winner will receive 40% of the total earnings of the raffle, and the Second Place Winner will receive 2% of the total earnings of the raffle. There will not be any 3rd, 4th, or 5th place winners.
