Shepherd's Pie
An old Family favorite
Ingredients:
1can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 egg
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
2Tbsp chopped parsley
1/4 tsp salt, little pepper
2 cups mashed potatoes
1/4 cup American cheese slices
1lb hamburger
Directions: Mix 1/2can of soup, hamburger, onion, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper; press into ieplate. Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes, spoon off the grease. Add potatoes over the top, spoon rest of the soup over it, spread cheese over it. Bake an extra 10 minutes. Garnish with fried bacon.
