Chili  Mostaccioli

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup milk

1 cup soft breadcrumbs

1 tsp salt

dash pepper

2 Tbsp shortening

1 clove minced garlic

1/4 cup chopped onion

2- 11oz cans condensed Chili Beef soup

1 soup can of water

 7 oz  mostaccioli or tubular macaroni

         grated Parmesan

Directions: Combine meat, milk, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Shape into 5 oblong patties. I skillet brown the patties in hot shortening. Remove from pan. Cook onion and garlic in skillet until tender but not brown. Blend in soup and water. Return patties to skillet; bring mixture to boil. Simmer for 15 minutes. Cook mostaccioli according to package directions; drain and place on a large heated platter. Arrange patties on noodles. Pour sauce over meat, sprinkle cheese on top. Serves 5.
