Caramel fudge brownies

Ingredients:

Brownies

1 pkg. Pillsbury  walnut Deluxe or Fudge Brownie mix.

3 Tbsp water

1/4  cup oil

1 egg

Topping

14 caramels

3 Tbsp milk

1/3 cup chocolate chips

Directions: Heat oven to 350F. Grease bottom of 8x8 or 9x9 inch pan. In large bowl, combine all the brownie ingredients. Beat 50 strokes by hand. Spread in greased pan. Bake at 350F for 32 to 33 minutes for 8x8 inch pan; 22 to 25 minutes for 9x9 inch pan. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over low heat, melt caramels with milk, stirring occasionally. Immediately after removing the brownies from the oven, sprinkle with chocolate chips. Drizzle with warm caramel. Cool completely. 16 brownies.
