The mathematical description of conformities with a law in viability maintenance of biological systems is proposed. It is shown, that above conformities with a law are illuminating the laws of behavior control of complex systems, which objectively strive to surviving, self-preservation and steady functioning in external environment. The �Intelligent Adviser Systems� for operational personnel of industrial enterprises (on the example of Adviser Systems for operational personnel of thermal power plants) are developed. It is shown, that Intelligent Adviser Systems are �Artificial Wisdom Systems (AWS)�, which are principally different from well-known Expert Systems (ES). This difference consists in the fact that AWS are functioning on the basis of computer-aided formalization of subconscious activities of nature brain in the field of viability maintenance of biological systems. ES, as it is known, are functioning on the basis of computer-aided formalization of conscious activities of high skilled specialists in various spheres of their professional activity.
