 Assessment of the current marketing concept and identification of the possible alternatives and improvements. Development and feasibility check of the recommendations.

 Step by step analysis of the business processes in the sales and purchase; development of the recommendations aimed to align processes and procedures with the best business practices and the suggested concept changes.

Results

Reports were used to shape a new management team and introduce new sales processes and control procedures.

Recreation center

Issues

Newly built recreation center was lacking marketing capacity to start operations. Management called for support.

Actions

Facilitated discussions with owners and management helped clarify goals and indirect interests regarding functioning of the center.

Research at the local recreation services market brought clarity into structure, quality and pricing of services.

 Also delivered recommendations on marketing, promotion, staffing, training and recommendations on management structure and control procedures.

Results

Based on project outcomes client has changed the services structure and the building layout. The company has started hiring and training with confidence, new management positions were introduced, existing – redefined.
