The name shall be Master's Degree Course in Computer Management (M.C.M.).
- The knowledge and skills required to plan, design and build complex application software systems are highly valued in all industry sectors including business,health,education, arts etc.The basic objective of the Master's Degree Programme in Computer Management (M.C.M.) is to provide to the country a steady stream of competent young men and women with the necessary knowlegde, skills and foundation for acquiring a wide range of rewarding careers into the rapidly expanding world of
Information Technology.

Many graduates begin their career as junior programmers and, after come experience, are promoted to programmers, system analysts, programmer/analysts. Others seek entreprenuerial roles in the IT industry as independent business owners,software authors,consultants etc.Career opportunities also exist in such areas as management,software and hardware sales,technical writing, training,consulting,software development and technical support.
- Opportunities also include in various other application software development, Data-Communications,Telecom,Decision-support as well as systems software development areas.
- Specific elective courses to be offered in functional areas have to depend on student references, faculty availabilty and needs of the user systems in the region in thich the educational institute is located.
- The M.C.M. programme will be a full-time two years Master's Degree course in Computer Management.
- Ordinarily, in each class not more than sixty students are admitted.
