allegorical, immaterial, formless yes,
but I'm sure I was in a space station of a flattened, oblong shape. All dappled with stars, like visions often are. It's an indomitable, un-turn-offable holagram (or is it the thing itself?).
A mystery left behind by the station's last resident. They told me he disappeared, but in deep space, what place is there to disappear to?
I don't know if he found Centrion, or created it to help him pass the years alone. For the blue shape was a persistent presence, it comforted me when the memories of my crewmates had long since faded.
That's not so say Centrion is a mental state, I am sure now it is a real place somewhere out in space, and my thoughts fell towards it like stones to the surface of a planet.
So when my stay in the station was over, I returned home.
