Kingdom of the Valley of the Silver Rains Spring Coronation '03
First of all I apologize for the tardiness (heavy on the "tard" part) of this post. Here are the directions to the coronation of HRM (to be) Sir Gideon Blackthorne and his excellency, Baronet Sir Tseng. I do not drive so I am not aware how good these directions are. If you wish to take the extra time and find the site on your preferred direction site the adress is:
Camp Koinonia
43062 N. River Road
Sweethome, OR
(503) 367-6000

General info:
1)20$ per head, no one enters the site until they pay.
2)There will be a color battle, 6.1 battlegame, and a chivalric battle (knights and squires vs. the world), as well as general battlegames. This is subject to change by myself, or Sir Jamus Stormbringer.
3)Constabulary are GOD! Please understand that they are enforcing what I have stated and are only doing their job, please remember that. Any problems with constab contact myself or Squire Yasuki.
4)Feast: Any questions, please contact myself or Squire Darrien (time will be on the schedule below).

Rules of the site:
1) This is a dry site, no alocholic beverages AT ALL! Anyone under the influence will be removed from the site.
2)There are designated smoking areas which will be outside of the Dining Hall and Fire pits. NO SMOKING ON THE FIELD OR ANYWHERE ELSE! I will be very happy if I do not see a single smoke butt on the ground.
3)I am the final say on what happends at the site and this e-mail supercedes anything I may have said before.
4)Only the incoming and outgoing Monarchs, Regents, and Champions of the kingdom or holdings will have time to speak. I will make time for those who contacts me. I don't mean this to be rude but coronation can drag on and on if everyone has a chance to speak. If you still wish time, contact me.
Now for cool stuff:
5 cabins that hold up to 24 people in each cabin are there for our use. We also have showers, dining hall, rec. room for children and those who want to relax (pool, TV, games). The trails are approx. 2-3 people wide and are for our use as long as we stay on the trail (like all other VSR events).

Friday:
Gates open at 4:30 pm, nothing of mention to note.

Saturday:
8am to 10am: The kitchen will be open to make coffee for those who bring it.
This is the only time the kitchen will be open to all. 10am-whenever: Battlegames (including those mentioned above) Noon-1pm: Circle of Steel, Circle of Squires, and Circle of knights meeting.
This would be a good time to grab water, a bite, etc. for those who need
it. I apologize for those who need to be at two of the above but I want to take no more than an hour away from battlegames. 8pm: Coronation Feast: Glazed Ham, gaelic soup, and apple salad. If you wish to know more contact myself or Squire Darrien.

Sunday:
Go away by 1 o'clock ^_^

As a last note, I WILL NOT tolerate lack of fun, amusement, enjoyment, or pleaseure. Those who break this law will be punished accordingly. Seriously tho, I know the rules are a bit stingy but they will be enforced with zero tolerance policy. This should not ruin your fun. I know I must've missed something so feel free to e-mail me with any questions.

Outgoing Regent of VSR
