Things I do to stop myself from cutting...

Drawing pretend cuts on my arms with red biro.(the old classic)

Shredding lots of paper in the office shredder.

Calling everyone I know, just for a chat about anything.

Having a bath with lots of Lavender oil, putting it in my vapouriser and massaging my feet. (very calming)

Looking on the internet at other peoples websites about selfharm.

Going to sleep. (pretty simple but effective)

Eating - not a very good one because then I just feel guilty.

Attempting to write down how I feel - sometimes as poetry/ sometimes not.

Masturbate/Have sex. (cringe - can't believe I have wrote that! - works though!)
