What is the deal with three Amisha films being released on the same day? We hope that the producer and the directors will try to once again prepone Humraaz
by yet another week to June 28, 2002! Although we can guarantee that Suno Sasurjee will get the bronze medal at the box office, we would however like to see that both Yeh Hai Jalwa and Humraaz get a gold at the box office and a super duper hit tag!
Yeh Hai Jalwa is your usual family entertainer promising comedy and drama. But what makes it a must watch is the fact that this is the first time Salman Khan (ooooh!!) is romancing petite Amisha Patel on screen! The promos are exciting and the soundtrack good.
Humraaz on the other hand offers an adult theme, very much like Ajanabee. It is this that worries the writer about its box office outcome. The promos are mysterious, exciting and the soundtrack hauntigly sensational, (especially the title track) but is all that enough to promise a hit? We hope so!
Humraaz is rumoured to be a copy of hollywood flick "A Perfect Murder". Three people in one love angle. A young, dashing, sophisticated, wealthy and powerful Bobby Deol has a gorgeous and a wickedly brilliant wife in Amisha Patel. Amisha however, is in love with her childhood friend turned sweetheart Akshay Khanna. Bobby Deol spies on his wife and is shocked to find out she is unfaithful. But is she??
