This is really hard to do so just follow the instrustions and you shold be able to get it ^__^ fun!!
first you need to get L4 suicude enemy skill. go to the stables and buy to mimett greens. go to the tracks near mideel and wander around. eventully a chocobo will appear. kill all the other enemies but leave oneof them with the chocobo so you dont catch it (you can feed the chocobo anything except! for the mimett greens so stock up on more nutz!). feed the chocobo one of the mimett greens and use L4 suicide on both the enemies (including chocobo). the chocobo will now use chocobo buckle on the person who activated the L4 suicide!
well done you now have the hardest enemy skill!!!!!
