1993 27' Winnebago Brave, Class A Motorhome

We are selling this very gently used, well maintained, low-mileage motorhome. It belonged to our parents, who bought it new and used it happily for years to escape northern winters. They are now feeling too elderly to travel. They spent many winters in Florida living for three months at a time in the RV.

It is a Winnebago, one of the best and most popular brands in the world. Everything in the motorhome is well thought out, and well built of best quality materials.

All systems are recently maintained and in good working order.

Current Condition

The RV is a 1993 model, purchased in 1994. It was used by one owner, an elderly couple who took it camping and lived in it in Florida during the winter months. They had it professionally maintained.

All of the systems - kitchen, bath, water, heat - are in good working order. The water system has been winterized each year that it was not in Florida.

All automotive systems are in good condition. Engine, brakes, tires, transmission, are in excellent condition. There is a ticking sound in the engine when it is cold caused by a slight exhaust leak at the manifold/block machine fit. This is normal for an engine of this type and age and is not a sign of failure. The sound goes away as the engine warms and the parts expand.

The exterior shell is sound and water tight. There are no leaks in the roof, body, or floor. The skin of the vehicle is tight and undamaged although the paint and decals show normal oxidation for a vehicle that has been in the sun. The RV is dry and warm in all weather.

Interior cushions, carpet and curtains are in quite good shape. They show less wear than might be expected for a vehicle of this age. None are in any need of repair or replacement. All cabinets are also in good shape - closing solidly and staying shut while riding.

The automotive air conditioner is not currently operational. It may need charging or may have a leak. However the separate roof air conditioner works very well (requires AC power or generator).

The Onan generator has not been heavily used. It has about 40 hours on the timing clock. It has been recently serviced, starts easily and provides plenty of power for running the microwave oven (the biggest drain) as well as all RV interior lights and TVs. The rear black and white TV can also run on battery power.

All original documentation is intact and will be made available with the vehicle.
