This web site, as you should have known by now, is dedicated to the kawaii trickster priest Xelloss. Slayers is my favorite anime, and Xelloss is my favorite character.

Why Slayers

I have watched other animes, and none of them have interested me as much as Slayers have. And none have had my attention as long as Slayers have. I know it is just fiction, as sad as it makes me to say that, and like many of my friends have said to me, it is not real. But I know, my falling in love with Slayers is no accident. I felt like I have been with the characters on their journeys and adventures. It is as if I have followed them on their quests and watched them from afar, sharing their laughter, their tears, their pain and joy. And as if I too have grown with them, through their hardships and travails. I know all this sounds a bit ridiculous, but as far as the weirdness goes, their carefreeness have given me new hope, and their strong spirits have taught me to never give up without trying my best. Their funny expressions never fail to make me laugh still, and it's like an escape to the land of wonders from the harsh everyday reality. Granted, there will be other series for me besides Slayers, for there's no other anime with characters as crazy and unique as them. Whatever trend comes and goes, in my heart, there's only Slayers, forever.

Why Xelloss

Out of all the wonderful characters in Slayers, Xelloss is my favorite. And I know, he is the favorite of many others besides myself. Some love him for his kawaiiness(is that even a word?), some adores him for his evil nature. But for whatever reasons people like this self-proclaimed Trickster Priest, his popularity can not be denied. In fact, Xelloss is one of the most loved character in Slayers. He is one of the reasons that brought me to Slayers in the first place. He is truly unpredictable, and deserves the name 'Mysterious Priest'. I was very surprised by his evil side in TRY, as I am sure many others are. I do realize that there are people who don't like him, or even goes on saying that they hate him, but despite everything, he has won the hearts of many fans(girls mostly). *ahem* Anyways, I can not tell you exactly why I like him so much, for I myself do not even know. Perhaps, it's his calm attitude in the chaotic moments, his unique and original charm, or perhaps, it is the mysterious cloud that always surrounds him have risen my curiosity. But whatever the reason is, Xelloss is the single longest... shall I say obsession, I ever had, so I feel that he deserves a special place in my little corner of the net. And of course, because I have seen so many web pages that are long un-updated, I feel there's a need for a website that is alive.

Top Ten Reasons I Like Xelloss

10. He is the most kawaii character I have ever seen.
9. He is unpredictable.
8. I like his hair.
7. He can remain calm at the most chaotic moments.
6. He has a really sexy voice. (Japanese, not English. -_-)
5. He is frighteningly good at cross dressing O_o;; (that shouldn't be a reason but oh well)
4. He has excellent acting skills.
3. He is good at annoy people.(thanx to him, I learned many things in annoy my friends ^^)
2. He is really funny.
1. And of course, the number one reason I like him is: Sore wa himitsu desu!!! ^_~
