Diary Day 1

Welcome from NY. After spending a number of hours in the airport we finally set off at 8.30am london time. The flight was good. We had acess to tv's in the headrests and numerous snacks and a meal from the stewards. we arived in NY at 11.30 NY time (5 hours behind). We then travelled to our humble abode close to the centre of the big apple. After having a few hours to unpack and get some sleep we set off to Planet Hollywood (Big hollywood themed restaurant in times square. The meal was very large ad tasty. Mr Richards managed to fall asleep whilst dining in the city that never sleeps! Across the road some of us caught a glimpse of Will Smith promoting his new movie. After eating we then went back to the hotel for a good 11 hour sleep. nite nite
