Discrete variable polynomials: analog of the Cristoffel formula and dynamics of multilevel systems

The analog of the Cristoffel formula for discrete variable polynomials is realized. New the Cristoffel-Krawtchouk polynomials are constructed with the use of the formula. The dynamics of excitation of a new two-parameter system of (N+1) non-equidistant levels in monochromatic field has been described.
