Diminiuir a opacidade desta layer para 18 ou à seu gosto

Utilize a mesma figura bonita e fofinha  Edit - copy

Abra uma imagem de  350 x 200

Pinte-a com a cor do fundo da sua imagem

Paste a new layer e leve  desenho para  esquerda

Image - add borders - 10 pixels - escolha uma cor da figura - ok

Com o text tool escrever a mensagem que quiser  = apply - selection none

Resize para 300 x 178

Edit - copy , paste  as new layer

Image  - rotate - free rotate  left 30 - rotate single layer

Layers merge all
