Two exciting weapons based Filipino Martial Arts Fighting Systems which
use sticks, swords and daggers. Flowing movements lead to striking, trapping,

stick, sword and dagger, and knife fighting concepts.
ARNIS de MANO
Devastatingly effective empty hand translations of the Filipino weapons
techniques, implemented using natural, flowing and efficient movement. Involves
continuous, rapid-fire striking, kicking, trapping, locking, throwing
and grappling techniques. Rarely seen in contemporary martial arts!
