BACKGROUND: 
The 23 yr old daughter of Lealla Nswan of Trill and her mate, Jael
Dhrii (a joined Trill). Chaela thrilled her family by applying to the
Symbiont programme. And the family couldn't have been more proud when
she was accepted and three years later became an elligible host
prospect. Her mother, Lealla, is an estute businiess woman in resort
administration. She originally ran a resort on the homeworld but later
transfered to Risa. Her other mother, Jael, is an accomplished musician. 
After being raised in such an easy, flowing, artistic enviroment,
Chaela's decision to enter Starfleet brought her family much surprise. 
Her mother Jael has mentioned the urge might have come from the
Kqrin symbiont. It's previous hosts having included a trade negotiator
and a pilot.
