Many of you will only see those posts on the Newsgroup, but I am sure many have noted their quality. Most of you do not see the other side of DS101 which makes them particularly deserving of this award. The team work and friendly atmosphere which deals with any problem almost as soon as it arises. For that you will simply have to take the word of the GM. This award is thoroughly deserved by ALL the players (both fleet AND civilian) involved in the unit. |
| Record Setting Month | DS 101 set a record for number of posts in one month, highest in the fleet
of 113 for the month ending SD 9.1230. This record remained intact for 2 years until
the USS COCHRANE broke it SD 12.0131 with 126 posts. It is quite an accomplishment to
have such a remarkable record stand for such a long time. The command staff at the time was CO Aly Shapiro, FO Shaun Darlington,
and 2O Kevin Thigpen. The whole unit should be proud of its history and achievement. | |
