This recipe is based on a side dish that I made in cooking back in Jr. High.
2 cups frozen green beens | 2 cloves garlic, crushed |
1 cup frozen corn (no sugar added) | 1 1/2 t sesame seeds |
1 t sesame oil | olive oil or canola oil (optional) |
Crush or chop the garlic. Sautee it lightly in at most a teaspoon of olive oil or water. Add the frozen vegitables and toss. When the green beans are tender crisp, add the sesame seeds and the sesame oil. Add salt to taste and pepper if you like. Mix well and serve hot.
