The Sally Ride Science Club, former astronaut Sally Ride's new venture held its first Atlanta Science Festival for Girls on November 17, 2001 at Agnes Scott College.  This national Club provides support for upper elementary and middle school girls' interests in science, math and technology. 

Dr. Sally Ride shared slides and personal experiences from her space shuttle missions as an astrophysicist.
