2. Set up signals with the part causing the behavior :
Will the part of me that makes me do this behavior, communicate with me in consciousness now?�
Submodalities of the Signal:
3.Separate the behavior from the positive intention.
Positive Intention : See it dissociated.

4. Generate a number of possible alternative behaviors which will equally satisfy the same intent

5. Choose the favored three replacement behaviors



6. Check to see if there is any other internal conflict regarding the change.
Test the change try to imagine the cue picture and see what happends.
