Connection

I have always wondered,
If,
You were in trouble,
Would I feel it?

Would I know?
I had wondered if,
If would feel your cries,
In my heart,
In my mind,
Feel pain,
Fear,
Uneasiness.

A cry from your mind to mine,
A connection,
Beyond words,
Beyond time,
Space as well.

But,
Now I know,
That I would,
Because I have felt that connection,
Transcending into my heart,
Knowing,
That something is not right.

Maybe I'll feel it again,
I don't know,
But now I know,
That we have that connection.
