Layers of the Pavê
- Graham Crackers
- Custard

Custard
- 3 Egg Yolks
- 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 Can Milk
- 2 Tbs. Maizena (Corn Starch)
- Beat egg yolks.
- Stir in milks and corn starch.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick.
Chocolate Pudding
- 3 Cups Milk
- 2 Tbs Butter (to taste)
- 3 Tbs Baking Cocoa
- 6 Tbs Sugar (or to taste)
- 3 Tbs Maizena (Corn Starch)
- Combine 1 cup milk, butter, baking cocoa, sugar, and salt in
medium sauce pan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until cocoa loses
its bitterness.
- Dissolve cornstarch in remaining milk and stir into chocolate.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick.
