- dough for 18 rolls
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp sugar (or to taste)
- Prepare your favorite roll recipe.
- Place rolls 1 inch apart in a greased 9 x 13 pan.
- Dissolve sugar in coconut milk.
- Half way through the rising cycle, pour coconut milk over rolls.
- Let rolls finish rising.
- Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, or until tops of rolls are brown.
- Let cool to room temperature (pudding forms as rolls cool).
