Pani Popo

  • dough for 18 rolls
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp sugar (or to taste)
  1. Prepare your favorite roll recipe.
  2. Place rolls 1 inch apart in a greased 9 x 13 pan.
  3. Dissolve sugar in coconut milk.
  4. Half way through the rising cycle, pour coconut milk over rolls.
  5. Let rolls finish rising.
  6. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, or until tops of rolls are brown.
  7. Let cool to room temperature (pudding forms as rolls cool).
