Chocolate Marble Cheesecake

- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 C sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 10" graham cracker pie crust
- 1 C chocolate chips
- 1/4 C milk
- Heat oven to 350°F
- Beat cheese, sugar, and vanilla
- Add eggs and mix thoroughly
- Spread 2 C of batter in pie crust
- Melt chocolate in microwave or bain marie. Cool slightly.
- Mix milk and melted chocolate into remaining batter.
- Drop spoonfuls of chocolate batter onto vanilla batter
- Make a marble pattern using a knife
- Bake for 30-35 minutes
- Cool several hours (or overnight)
