Chocolate Marble Cheesecake

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 C sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 10" graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 C chocolate chips
  • 1/4 C milk
  1. Heat oven to 350°F
  2. Beat cheese, sugar, and vanilla
  3. Add eggs and mix thoroughly
  4. Spread 2 C of batter in pie crust
  5. Melt chocolate in microwave or bain marie. Cool slightly.
  6. Mix milk and melted chocolate into remaining batter.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of chocolate batter onto vanilla batter
  8. Make a marble pattern using a knife
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes
  10. Cool several hours (or overnight)
