Born into a world filled with prejudice are children who possess extraordinary and dangerous powers - the result of unique genetic mutations.  Professor Charles Xavier (Patrick Stewart) has brought together a team of mutants he calls the X-Men to protect those who fear them, as one of the most powerful mutants Magneto (Ian McKellen) leads his Brotherhood of Mutants to destroy all of mankind.

How to get to the secret video footage on the X-Men DVD

On the main menu, select special features, then select trailers.  To the left of the first trailer on the screen (labeled trailer A) is a light colored picture.  Press left on your remote, the picture should become highlighted.  Then just press enter....and away you go!
