APRIL 20 - 10:57pm today is interesting and i dont want to write about it all again so i will just link this to my xanga so you can read it if you care. my xanga APRIL 14 - 6:17pm It is absolutely beautiful outside! This is the nicest day i've seen since i've been up here. I'm so excited that Jason is coming up to visit me tomorrow...it needs tobe nice out again so that i can walk around campus with him. It's a small campus but the walk would still be nice. sooo....my first full season of snowboarding is over....that's a damn shame. But it was a good season and I know that I improved a lot which makes next season seem even more exciting 'cause i'll get even better next year!! I'm going to have a pass with more days on it, plus i'll have a good job so I'll have money to buy lift tickets if I'm unable to let it go at the end of the season. Next year is going to be so much better up here. My apartment is going to be such a relief. More space...and Torey is way cool. I know we'll get along and we're both relatively neat people so the place shoudln't ever become too messy. I'm so excited!! The extra space will be amazing....plus more than one room and a stove and oven!! I'll also have my guitar up here so I can get better at that instead of sitting around on my ass...and austin and kyle play guitar so I'll have people to "jam" with...lol APRIL 5 - 4:56pm Today was decent...I was dead exhausted for no reason earlier but then I took a nice long nap and now I feel much better. Then me and caitlin went to A&W and now we're watching Little Women...lol. Brushfire later tonight hopefully, and since I took me nap I should be hyper and amusing... It snowed last night! I was so mad...April and it's blizzarding!! This is horrible! Colorado weather used to be amusing until it started blizzarding in Spring...It was very beautiful this morning, and now it ahs all melted though..let's just hope that it doesn't snow again tonight. APRIL 2 - 7:04pm Today was the best snowboarding day of the season!! it was so warm..or rather, hot. I'd have been much more comfortable in just a t-shirt. Next week we're going to dress up silly since it's the last weekend of ski season. I'm so excited...oh! and they had a pond skimming contest too! You just ski and snowboard down the hill and try to make it across a pond at the base...it was so great. somewhat dissapointing when people actually made it across but it was still fun!! *sigh* i'm tired... MARCH 31 - 4:01pm So..i got the highest grade in my class on my biology midterm, and therefore i have determined that i rule! This week has gotten gradually better and is going mighty fast. I get to go snowboarding on saturday and then my parents are coming up next weekend...and then Jason will be here the weekend after that and this semester is just going to go really fast and I'm soooo glad that my grades are good and that i'm going to finish well. I've never done this well in my classes and it really helps to be doing stuff that i'm interested in. MARCH 28 - 4:14pm So being back at school is not so exciting. The drive back was okay but long and boring...and then the brushfire was closed so we couldn't get coffe...that was a sad moment. But we went for a drive instead. Oh, and the fire alarm was pulled at 3am which makes school seem even less appealing. Ah well, 6 weeks left and that's it, my first year of college will be over. Maggie will most likely be coming up here with my mom to help me move which would be the best thing ever...i want her to meet everyone and hang out. My parents are coming up here in two weeks too, and then hopefully Jason will visit the week after that....who knows. Well, that was officially a really boring blog and these are all short anyway..... I'm missing all of my friends at home already...missing maggie and jason the most but everyone else too. And then jason called and told me about all the fun stuff they're doing which is way more fun than the stuff that we did when i was there...it's kind of a bummer. I'm feeling out of the loop now, which i suppose i natural because i don't live there most of the time but it still sucks to hear about it and not be able to be a part of it. I'm glad they're all having a good time, they all work hard and deserve it, but it still hurts kinda to want to be there and be here instead. I miss my maggie...it only took that week of spring break to realize just how much i need a friend like her and now i don't have her again and thatsucks big time....and jason is at home too...and then i have this...whatever this is that i have here. I do really like it up here though, school is great, and i've met some great people..i just feel like i haven't established the same kind of friendships that i was able to have at home.....i'm just being ungrateful so i'm gonna shut up and now and think about the good things (because there are plenty of great things) about being at school....pssh. i'm gonna go do something... MARCH 22 - 10:27pm Oh man...i'm so glad to be having the whole week here. Went out with the usual crew last night (me, maggie, jason, & derek) last night. ended up at walmart, of course, which was a blast except that we're going to get kicked out of there one of these days. Village Inn two night in a row too..oh heck yeah! I bought Rummikub too!!! I wanna play it, now! I'm going to the highschool tomorrow to visit cool teachers with maggie, i'm stoked for that. I can show up all of the silly highschool art students ::cough::andrew::cough:: LOL.... eeeep....gotta watch cold case files!!! MARCH 20 - 2:27pm Soooo tired. Maggie and I went to the club last night and spent the whole night downtown ...it's really nice to be back in denver. We hung out at the denver skate park on 20th and then drove around and ended up at the club and then at Wendy's. Wendy's rules!!! Went to lunch with my mom at work today...ate huge chocolate chip pancakes at Hotcakes across from the hospital...soooo good!!! Too much good food in the past two days, i'll never want to go to keating again. Bought some movies too...excited for those. Once Upon A Time In Mexico is such a good movie. "Fuck Mook" is now my favorite insult...lol. Off to watch good movies now... MARCH 18 - 1:28am Drove home today..the drive feels shorter very time i do it. Took about three and a half hours this time. Then i got home and had the best chinese food ever...i missed it, yum!! Also got to see my Jason and that was the best part. We went out for ice cream and just hung around the house. It was nice. It's going to be very nice to be home for the whole week. Dorm life was getting a little overwhelming for me lately. MARCH 17 - 11:59pm Hello all...just got this litte site online...and while I hate geocities because of the advertising it is free so at least I can finally have my stuff online again. That is all that matters for now. Today was rather uneventful, but i'm driving home tomorrow and hopefully it won't snow, but at least i get to see my jason.
