Um, one problem.  There are real BIG limits on just how demented most characters
can be.  EXCEPT for Terragen Marines, nobody --NOBODY --gets to be a Spacer if
they have a Probationary Personality.  This especially means, hyper-xenophobes,
homicidal maniacs, pyromaniacs, and sociopaths can't go.  The tests work, and
evading this restriction is an unusual background characteristic that equals the
total "benefit" gained from the disadvantages that give the character a
Probationary Personality, plus ten points.

Marines are still given PP cards, but needless to say can have a higher PP
quotient and still be assigned to extra-Confederation space duty.  Xenophobia,
in particular, is distressingly common.  However, they WILL be Marines who
follow orders.

Galactic Tradition, you see, embraces collective punishment.

Could happen, but how likely is this G.M. to give you a SIMPLE search and
destroy mission? (You do remember the, um, political structure of my last
adventure, don't you?)
