Traveler Class Crusiers use a flying disk (or "flying saucer") design to place a large amount of living area as far as possible from the axis of rotation. The vessel can then be spun for gravity, but still enter atmospheres without the engineering complexities of aerobie designs. Flat-fish designs also have very slender side profiles.
