©Alicia's Place Lace Background Tutorial

For this tutorial you will need Paint Shop Pro 6 or 7 and this zip file

1. Open a new image 1020x176 transparent background and flood fill with the pattern

with this settings

2. Open your lace image and edit and copy as a NEW LAYER on your first image.

3. Now position your mover tool exactly at 500,100 look at the bottom left and move your lace to the left exactly to 95,100 , your image should look like this

4. Make sure you are on your lace layer and go to effects>3Deffects>drop a shadow with this settings

5. For the color of the shadow I'm using #0D7287, but that it depends on the color of your background, repeat the drop a shadow, but this time change the offset to -1.

6. Merge your layers flatten and double click on your selections tool and apply the following settings

7. Go to image>crop to selection, now you can live it like that or you can apply a tube in top of your lace, save as .jpg, and your background is ready.

I hope you enjoyed the Tutorial. :)
