Mato - burrito

tomatoes (sliced)
cottage cheese
fresh uncooked spinach (chopped)
black olives
salsa
onions
salt -n- pepper
flour tortillas

there are really no directions or instructions - you just put all those things in the tortilla in the quantities you prefer - no cooking or heating up required..... just enjoy!

(also - you can buy almost all of those things in lo-fat varieties, except maybe the black olives, so that way they're even healthier)
