mandy

mandy is my one and only neice - except if you count the ones by marriage. she is my brother's daughter, born in 1993. i don't get to see her nearly enough... she's really a doll. she's very smart, born to two phd's, and beautiful to boot. i'm really truly not biased about it... everybody says so. i worry sometimes that my brother will lose her to divorce when he won't stop drinking and his wife carts her off to kansas, where she's from. she is the apple of my brother's eye. there is no doubt in my mind that he would give his life for her. i just hope she doesn't get a messed up psyche watching her mom and dad.
