gladiator:

i really loved this movie. it's pretty gruesome a lot of the time, with all the fighting, and the weird weapons they used - but, if you can handle that, i highly reccommend this flick. russell crow was perfect for the part, and he was in prime condition, as you can imagine. paul pointed out that it was a bit unrealistic how the guards turned on their leader so easily at the end, and i have to agree, but that was it's only real flaw.
