here's the recipe for the best cheesecake you've ever had.................

preheat oven to 350 degrees

12 oz. cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
beat with electric mixer until smooth.....
bake for 20 minutes
then let cool for 15 minutes

top with mixture of
1 small carton of sour cream
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
bake again at 450 degrees for 5 minutes

chill in refrigerator completely before serving to be sure it solidifies
