Broccoli Casserole:

1 package chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 oz. velveeta
1 stalk celery
1 small can mushrooms (pieces and stems)
1 1/2 cup croutons
3 green onions
1/3 stick margarine

Saute onion, celery and broccoli in butter
Melt cheese with mushroom soup
Mix both together in greased casserole dish
Add mushrooms and juice in can
Mix in croutons
Bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
