The Mexican Martini.....

one part malibu rum
one part blue caracao
two parts pineapple juice
shake with ice in shaker
strain into martini glass
garnish with pineapple
(This drink can be made very strong and still taste good-so be forewarned-0h,yeah-and your mouth will turn blue)
