A play by Shvarts based on the Anderson*s fairy-tales:
"The Princes on the pea", "The Princes & the Swineheard" ,
"The Naked King".



This is a story about a young princess who falls in love. Her choice is a
poor swineherd. But her father, the king, decides to marry his daughter
to an old but very rich neighbouring king...
In the end the princess and Henrikh the swineherd will be together, because nothing can stop true love. 


In this performance we are using rod puppets with original mechanisms which give the puppets great scope for rotation of the head. The puppets are not traditional rod puppets because they have  legs and an unusual control-gear.

Papier-mashe , oil paint, fine dresses. 40cm. tall
