耶 利 米 書 第三十一章

31:1		耶 和 華 說 、 那 時 我 必 作 以 色 列 各 家 的 神 ． 他 們 必 作 我 的 子 民 。
31:2		耶 和 華 如 此 說 、 脫 離 刀 劍 的 、 就 是 以 色 列 人 、 我 使 他 享 安 息 的 時 候 、 他 曾 在 曠 野 蒙 恩 。
31:3		古 時 〔 或 作 從 遠 方 〕 耶 和 華 向 以 色 列 〔 原 文 作 我 〕 顯 現 、 說 、 我 以 永 遠 的 愛 、 愛 你 、 因 此 我 以 慈 愛 、 吸 引 你 。
31:4		以 色 列 的 民 哪 、 〔 民 原 文 作 處 女 〕 我 要 再 建 立 你 、 你 就 被 建 立 ． 你 必 再 以 擊 鼓 為 美 、 與 歡 樂 的 人 一 同 跳 舞 而 出 。
31:5		又 必 在 撒 瑪 利 亞 的 山 上 、 栽 種 葡 萄 園 、 栽 種 的 人 要 享 用 所 結 的 果 子 。
31:6		日 子 必 到 、 以 法 蓮 山 上 守 望 的 人 、 必 呼 叫 說 、 起 來 罷 、 我 們 可 以 上 錫 安 、 到 耶 和 華 我 們 的 　 神 那 裡 去 。
31:7		耶 和 華 如 此 說 、 你 們 當 為 雅 各 歡 樂 歌 唱 、 因 萬 國 中 為 首 的 歡 呼 ． 當 傳 揚 頌 讚 、 說 、 耶 和 華 阿 、 求 你 拯 救 你 的 百 姓 以 色 列 所 剩 下 的 人 。
31:8		我 必 將 他 們 從 北 方 領 來 、 從 地 極 招 聚 、 同 著 他 們 來 的 、 有 瞎 子 、 瘸 子 、 孕 婦 、 產 婦 、 他 們 必 成 為 大 幫 回 到 這 裡 來 。
31:9		他 們 要 哭 泣 而 來 、 我 要 照 他 們 懇 求 的 引 導 他 們 、 使 他 們 在 河 水 旁 走 正 直 的 路 、 在 其 上 不 致 絆 跌 、 因 為 我 是 以 色 列 的 父 、 以 法 蓮 是 我 的 長 子 。
31:10		列 國 阿 、 要 聽 耶 和 華 的 話 、 傳 揚 在 遠 處 的 海 島 、 說 、 趕 散 以 色 列 的 、 必 招 聚 他 、 又 看 守 他 、 好 像 牧 人 看 守 羊 群 ．
31:11		因 耶 和 華 救 贖 了 雅 各 、 救 贖 他 脫 離 比 他 更 強 之 人 的 手 。
31:12		他 們 要 來 到 錫 安 的 高 處 歌 唱 、 又 流 歸 耶 和 華 施 恩 之 地 、 就 是 有 五 穀 、 新 酒 、 和 油 、 並 羊 羔 、 牛 犢 之 地 ． 他 們 的 心 必 像 澆 灌 的 園 子 、 他 們 也 不 再 有 一 點 愁 煩 。
31:13		那 時 處 女 必 歡 樂 跳 舞 、 年 少 的 年 老 的 、 也 必 一 同 歡 樂 、 因 為 我 要 使 他 們 的 悲 哀 變 為 歡 喜 、 並 要 安 慰 他 們 、 使 他 們 的 愁 煩 轉 為 快 樂 。
31:14		我 必 以 肥 油 使 祭 司 的 心 滿 足 ． 我 的 百 姓 也 要 因 我 的 恩 惠 知 足 ． 這 是 耶 和 華 說 的 。
31:15		耶 和 華 如 此 說 、 在 拉 瑪 聽 見 號 咷 痛 哭 的 聲 音 、 是 拉 結 哭 他 兒 女 不 肯 受 安 慰 、 因 為 他 們 都 不 在 了 。
31:16		耶 和 華 如 此 說 、 你 禁 止 聲 音 不 要 哀 哭 、 禁 止 眼 目 不 要 流 淚 、 因 你 所 作 之 工 、 必 有 賞 賜 ． 他 們 必 從 敵 國 歸 回 ． 這 是 耶 和 華 說 的 。
31:17		耶 和 華 說 、 你 末 後 必 有 指 望 、 你 的 兒 女 必 回 到 自 己 的 境 界 。
31:18		我 聽 見 以 法 蓮 為 自 己 悲 歎 、 說 、 你 責 罰 我 、 我 便 受 責 罰 、 像 不 慣 負 軛 的 牛 犢 一 樣 、 求 你 使 我 回 轉 、 我 便 回 轉 、 因 為 你 是 耶 和 華 我 的 　 神 。
31:19		我 回 轉 以 後 、 就 真 正 懊 悔 、 受 教 以 後 、 就 拍 腿 歎 息 、 我 因 擔 當 幼 年 的 凌 辱 、 就 抱 愧 蒙 羞 。
31:20		耶 和 華 說 、 以 法 蓮 是 我 的 愛 子 麼 、 是 可 喜 悅 的 孩 子 麼 、 我 每 逢 責 備 他 、 仍 深 顧 念 他 、 所 以 我 的 心 腸 戀 慕 他 、 我 必 要 憐 憫 他 。
31:21		以 色 列 民 哪 、 〔 民 原 文 作 處 女 〕 你 當 為 自 己 設 立 指 路 碑 、 豎 起 引 路 柱 、 你 要 留 心 向 大 路 、 就 是 你 所 去 的 原 路 ． 你 當 回 轉 、 回 轉 到 你 這 些 城 邑 。
31:22		背 道 的 民 哪 、 〔 民 原 文 作 女 子 〕 你 反 來 復 去 要 到 幾 時 呢 ． 耶 和 華 在 地 上 造 了 一 件 新 事 、 就 是 女 子 護 衛 男 子 。
31:23		萬 軍 之 耶 和 華 以 色 列 的 　 神 如 此 說 、 我 使 被 擄 之 人 歸 回 的 時 候 、 他 們 在 猶 大 地 和 其 中 的 城 邑 、 必 再 這 樣 說 、 公 義 的 居 所 阿 、 聖 山 哪 、 願 耶 和 華 賜 福 給 你 。
31:24		猶 大 和 屬 猶 大 城 邑 的 人 、 農 夫 和 放 羊 的 人 、 要 一 同 住 在 其 中 。
31:25		疲 乏 的 人 、 我 使 他 飽 飫 、 愁 煩 的 人 、 我 使 他 知 足 。
31:26		先 知 說 、 我 醒 了 、 覺 著 睡 得 香 甜 。
31:27		耶 和 華 說 、 日 子 將 到 、 我 要 把 人 的 種 、 和 牲 畜 的 種 、 播 種 在 以 色 列 家 、 和 猶 大 家 。
31:28		我 先 前 怎 樣 留 意 將 他 們 拔 出 、 拆 毀 、 毀 壞 、 傾 覆 、 苦 害 、 也 必 照 樣 留 意 將 他 們 建 立 、 栽 植 ． 這 是 耶 和 華 說 的 。
31:29		當 那 些 日 子 、 人 不 再 說 、 父 親 喫 了 酸 葡 萄 、 兒 子 的 牙 酸 倒 了 ．
31:30		但 各 人 必 因 自 己 的 罪 死 亡 、 凡 喫 酸 葡 萄 的 、 自 己 的 牙 必 酸 倒 。
31:31		耶 和 華 說 、 日 子 將 到 、 我 要 與 以 色 列 家 和 猶 大 家 、 另 立 新 約 。
31:32		不 像 我 拉 著 他 們 祖 宗 的 手 、 領 他 們 出 埃 及 地 的 時 候 、 與 他 們 所 立 的 約 ． 我 雖 作 他 們 的 丈 夫 、 他 們 卻 背 了 我 的 約 ． 這 是 耶 和 華 說 的 。
31:33		耶 和 華 說 、 那 些 日 子 以 後 、 我 與 以 色 列 家 所 立 的 約 、 乃 是 這 樣 ． 我 要 將 我 的 律 法 放 在 他 們 裡 面 、 寫 在 他 們 心 上 ． 我 要 作 他 們 的 　 神 、 他 們 要 作 我 的 子 民 。
31:34		他 們 各 人 不 再 教 導 自 己 的 鄰 舍 、 和 自 己 的 弟 兄 、 說 、 你 該 認 識 耶 和 華 ． 因 為 他 們 從 最 小 的 、 到 至 大 的 、 都 必 認 識 我 ． 我 要 赦 免 他 們 的 罪 孽 、 不 再 記 念 他 們 的 罪 惡 ． 這 是 耶 和 華 說 的 。
31:35		那 使 太 陽 白 日 發 光 、 使 星 月 有 定 例 、 黑 夜 發 亮 、 又 攪 動 大 海 、 使 海 中 波 浪 匉 訇 的 、 萬 軍 之 耶 和 華 是 他 的 名 、 他 如 此 說 、
31:36		這 些 定 例 、 若 能 在 我 面 前 廢 掉 、 以 色 列 的 後 裔 也 就 在 我 面 前 斷 絕 、 永 遠 不 再 成 國 ． 這 是 耶 和 華 說 的 。
31:37		耶 和 華 如 此 說 、 若 能 量 度 上 天 、 尋 察 下 地 的 根 基 、 我 就 因 以 色 列 後 裔 一 切 所 行 的 棄 絕 他 們 ． 這 是 耶 和 華 說 的 。
31:38		耶 和 華 說 、 日 子 將 到 、 這 城 必 為 耶 和 華 建 造 、 從 哈 楠 業 樓 、 直 到 角 門 。
31:39		準 繩 要 往 外 量 出 、 直 到 迦 立 山 、 又 轉 到 歌 亞 。
31:40		拋 屍 的 全 谷 、 和 倒 灰 之 處 、 並 一 切 田 地 、 直 到 汲 淪 溪 、 又 直 到 東 方 馬 門 的 拐 角 、 都 要 歸 耶 和 華 為 聖 、 不 再 拔 出 、 不 再 傾 覆 、 直 到 永 遠 。

Old Testament

Jeremiah Chapter 31

Compiled on 18th January 2003.

1. The Lord says, "The time is coming when I will be the God of all the tribes of Israel, and they will be my people.

2. In the desert I showed mercy to those people who had escaped death. When the people of Israel longed for rest,

3. I appeared to them from far away. People of Israel, I have always loved you, so I continue to show you my constant love.

4. Once again I will rebuild you. Once again you will take up your tambourines and dance joyfully.

5. Once again you will plant vineyards on the hills of Samaria, and those who plant them will eat what the vineyards produce.

6. Yes, the time is coming when watchmen will call out on the hills of Ephraim, 'Let's go up to Zion, to the Lord our God.'"

7. The Lord says, "Sing with joy for Israel, the greatest of the nations. Sing your song of praise, 'The Lord has saved his people; he has rescued all who are left.'

8. I will bring them from the north and gather them from the ends of the earth. The blind and the lame will come with them, pregnant women and those about to give birth. They will come back a great nation.

9. My people will return weeping, praying as I lead them back. I will guide them to streams of water, on a smooth road where they will not stumble. I am like a father to Israel, and Ephraim is my oldest son."

10. The Lord says, "Nations, listen to me and proclaim my words on the far-off shores. I scattered my people, but I will gather them and guard them as a shepherd guards his flock.

11. I have set Israel's people free and have saved them from a mighty nation.

12. They will come and sing for joy on Mount Zion and be delighted with my gifts--gifts of grain and wine and olive oil, gifts of sheep and cattle. They will be like a well-watered garden; they will have everything they need.

13. Then the girls will dance and be happy, and men, young and old, will rejoice. I will comfort them and turn their mourning into joy, their sorrow into gladness.

14. I will fill the priests with the richest food and satisfy all the needs of my people. I, the Lord, have spoken."

15. The Lord says, "A sound is heard in Ramah, the sound of bitter weeping. Rachel is crying for her children; they are gone, and she refuses to be comforted.

16. Stop your crying and wipe away your tears. All that you have done for your children will not go un-rewarded; they will return from the enemy's land.

17. There is hope for your future; your children will come back home. I, the Lord, have spoken."

18. "I hear the people of Israel say in grief, 'Lord, we were like an untamed animal, but you taught us to obey. Bring us back; we are ready to return to you, the Lord our God.

19. We turned away from you, but soon we wanted to return. After you had punished us, we hung our heads in grief. We were ashamed and disgraced because we sinned when we were young.'

20. "Israel, you are my dearest son, the child I love best. Whenever I mention your name, I think of you with love. My heart goes out to you; I will be merciful.

21. Set up signs and mark the road; find again the way by which you left. Come back, people of Israel, come home to the towns you left.

22. How long will you hesitate, faithless people? I have created something new and different, as different as a woman protecting a man."

23. The Lord Almighty, the God of Israel, says, "When I restore the people to their land, they will once again say in the land of Judah and in its towns, 'May the Lord bless the sacred hill of Jerusalem, the holy place where he lives.'

24. People will live in Judah and in all its town, and there will be farmers, and shepherds with their flocks.

25. I will refresh those who are weary and will satisfy with food everyone who is weak from hunger.

26. So then, people will say, 'I went to sleep and woke up refreshed.'

27. "I, the Lord, say that the time is coming when I will fill the land of Israel and Judah with people and animals.

28. And just as I took care to uproot, to pull down, to overthrow, to destroy, and to demolish them, so I will take care to plant them and to build them up.

29. When that time comes, people will no longer say, 'The parents ate the sour grapes, but the children got the sour taste.'

30. Instead, whoever eats sour grapes will have his own teeth set on edge; and everyone will die because of his own sin."

31. The Lord says, "The time is coming when I will make a new covenant with the people of Israel and with the people of Judah.

32. It will not be like the old covenant that I made with their ancestors when I took them by the hand and led them out of Egypt. Although I was like a husband to them, they did not keep that covenant.

33. The new covenant that I will make with the people of Israel will be this: I will put my law within them and write it on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people.

34. None of them will have to teach his fellow countryman to know the Lord, because all will know me, from the least to the greatest. I will forget their sins and I will no longer remember their wrongs. I, the Lord, have spoken."

35. The Lord provides the sun for light by day, the moon and the stars to shine at night. He stirs up the sea and makes it roar; his name is the Lord Almighty.

36. He promises that as long as the natural order lasts, so long will Israel be a nation.

37. If one day the sky could be measured and the foundations of the earth explored, only then would he reject the people of Israel because of all they have done. The Lord has spoken.

38. "The time is coming," says the Lord, "when all of Jerusalem will be rebuilt as my city, from Hananel Tower west to the Corner Gate.

39. And the boundary line will continue from there on the west to the hill of Gareb and then around to Goah.

40. The entire valley, where the dead are buried and garbage is dumped, and all the fields above Kidron Brook as far as the Horse Gate to the east, will be sacred to me. The city will never again be torn down or destroyed."

Verse 2 Chinese version has 'abstain from weapons of killing, therefore can be Israeli people.'

Verse 3 Chinese version has different meaning. Original word for Israel is 'me.' Chinese word righteousness 義 has lamb 羊 over me  我. Lamb represents God or Christ, Tao etc and 'me' represents our physical body. It can be said to be 'I am the Lamb'. So our physical body is the wife to the husband, that is God. This is why I call PAP and CCP stupid for simplifying the Chinese texts.

Verse 4 Chinese version has original 'virgin' for people. So how can English Bible be the true reproduction from the original. Manipulating the words to suit their preference, the English religious people are distorting the meaning of the Holy Bible. Can God bless them for twisting God's words?

Verse 7 Chinese version has 'Oh God, please save the your people, Israel who are left behind!'

Verse 8 might be saying of the creation of Israel in 1948, but this is also the means to destroy most Jews. To slaughter the present 6 millions or more Jews in Israel is much easier than in 1948 when Jews were dispersed. Another meaning is the return of Jews from Babylonia to rebuild the 2nd Holy Temple. Verse 6 mentioned Ephraim, the area Jesus was born.

Verse 9, Ephraim again was mentioned, so this is indication of the birth of Jesus in the area of Ephraim. Can Ephraim be the eldest son of God? Or Ephraim the name for Jesus at this juncture?

Verse 11 Chinese version has 'God saved Jacob from others whose hands are mightier than Jacob'.

Verse 12 has 'they will return to God's mercy place or seat.' I don't know the 3 Chinese words for sheep mean. Last sentence in Chinese is 'henceforth, they will have no worry.'

Verse 18 Chinese version has Ephraim, not people of Israel.

Verse 20 Chinese version has Ephraim, not Israel in English.

Verse 21 Chinese version has Israeli virgins, not people of Israel.

Verse 22 Chinese version has faithless women, not faithless people. Chinese has no 'different'.

Verse 23 I don't understand 'kong yi chee swor ya'. Also Jerusalem was not mentioned. 公 義 的 居 所 阿

Verse 24 Chinese version has Judah and residents of Judah cities.

Verse 26 Chinese version has 'Prophet says:', not people will say.

Verse 27 Chinese version has 'put the seeds of human and animals in the families of Israel and Judah'.

Verse 29 Chinese version has 'the children's teeth'.

Verses 31 to 34 are talking about the new covenant. Even Jesus did not mention them. Only Paul mentioned them in his letter to the Hebrews. So these verses are for the future that is now when Melchizedek appears. If God is the husband, we are the brides. The Spiritual Soul is the husband, the physical body the bride. (Refer to the bridegroom and the 10 brides in Matthew, Mark etc Also refer to New Jerusalem in Revelation). The new covenant is between God and Israeli family and Judah family, not people of Israel written in English. The word family is to tell the real meaning of the verse and verses in the Bible. English version omits family to make it sound sensible in writing. Also the mark on our forehead is the Seat of God, our face the Temple of God, therefore we are all members of Israeli family.

Verse 36 says as long as verse 35 destroyed or don't stands, the descendants of Israel will be destroyed, not able to form a nation forever. In this new order of Melchizedek, the right eye is sun, left eye is moon, in between is earth, the mark on our forehead, the phasing out of old Laws like circumcision, the nation of Israel is to be obliterated. Therefore Jews and Muslims, if you still want to continue circumcision, you will be obliterated.

Verse 37 says God will reject the Jews when the new order stands. Verses 31 to 34 are supposed to be covenant with the Jews. But since they rejected Jesus, the new covenant means that our face is Israel. So descendants of Israel have no hope of salvation unless they reject the old covenant, that is to stop circumcision.

Verse 40, if this is true, the second Temple would not be destroyed. Jeremiah wrote, or others wrote, this holy book at around BC 586 or later. Therefore the verse means the mark on our forehead, the holy city on Mount Zion, our nose bridge. Even if the Jews are to destroy the Muslim shrines on Temple Mount and rebuild the Holy Temple, because there is no Covenant Tent, it will not be holy.

After commenting on this chapter, it is evident English race distorted the words of God. So how can we trust them. The way Bush and Tony Blair treat Saddam Hussein is indication English race is of the barbarian, who use might to settle problems.
