Consulting fees are an investment, similar to an investment in new equipment. We recommend clients answer the following questions about a project while deciding how to proceed

What is the expected outcome of your project?

How would you describe a successful outcome?
What are your specific goals?

What will be AXIS Risk Management's direct contribution to that outcome?

Is the outcome dependent on unique talents and/or a professional network?
Are we facilitating or also delivering?

What are the other costs to complete this project?

Are subcontractors required?
What are the travel requirements?

Project Fee Structure:
We charge a retainer and the remainder upon project completion.
