"Hai?" the other replied.
"I'm worried about...him. I think he loves you."
"He'll be fine," the blond replied. "He only _thinks_ he loves me."
A sigh. "_I_ love you."
A soft giggle. "I know."
"But I'm still worried about him."
Eyes rolled. "Hey, it's OK. Trust me. I'll talk to him. He'll understand."
"I hope so."
"Are you always so dark?"
"Only when I'm worried he'll take you apart."
A snicker. "He won't. I think he has more restraint than that-"
"Saiyajin."
"Forgetting something?"

"What?" the blond asked, noticing the dark eyes staring at her.
"I'm sorry. I just feel like I need to take care of him. He's like a brother."
Snicker from the blond. "A very cute one."
"Hey! What about meeee?"
"But not as cute as you."
"I love you," the dark-eyed one affirmed again.
"Yeah, I know." A poke. "OK, OK, fine, I love you, too."
A chuckle. "Strange. Here we were, friends- good friends- and we end up as lovers. Who would have known?"
"They still don't know."
Laughter. "We'll tell them soon. Right after you talk to him, ne?"
"OK, sure," the blond said, voice made slightly rough from being tired.
"You love me, right?"
More laughter. "Of _course_ I do. Always and forever. Everything I need is in your eyes."
"Awww...that's so sweet!"
"That was the idea."
"I love you."
"I love you too, but I'm afraid if you don't go to sleep, I'll have to kill you."
