What is Balanincg Life
A normal workday for most of us looks like this;
We get up early in th morning and then we get ready for the day, weather it is school, work, or a day off, but how do we set that day up?
Well, we need to go to the day before, and see what we can do in order to have already everything set up. If you know that your day consists of 9 a.m work until 5 p.m work, and you have no obligations afterwards, you can maybe set a side of 1 hr at the gym, so preparing a gym bag to go to the gym after work is better than coming home and then going to the gym again, this saves time, but also makes sure that you do not get the idea of sitting down for a bit, which ends up with not going to the gym.
Lets say, you are a student but still work full time, then maybe you can set up your week around your school days and study times. If the times of work are Monday - Friday 9 A.M - 5 P.M and then evening clases only tuesdays and thursdays from 6 PM - 8 PM you can either choose to go to the gym after that, or go to the gym Monday, Wedensday, and Friday
Its all about working around your priorieties and making sure that the times that you do have free are used up wisely. Of course, we have familes and friends, but we also need to have time for ourselfs, where we take at least 1 hour of the day to exercise!
It is important that we as humans in todays fast paced life exercise and work out our health. We are constantly put though stress, weather it is at work, or at home, with friends, stress gets thrown at us. What better relieve than going into the gym, or even for a run
There are plenty of benefits of exercising, which not only can improve the way you look, but also boost the bodies immune system, better sleeping, and an overal "feel good" feeling. In the end, if we sleep good and long throughout the night we are going to have a better day.
Energy leves are shown to not only increase muscle strength, but it also improves the efficiency of your cardiovascular system to get the oxygen and nutrients to your muscles. Not only that, exercise increases blood flow and oxygen levels in the brain. It also encourages the release of the brain chemicals (hormones) that are responsible for the production of cells in the hippocampus, the part of the brain that controls memory and learning. This, in turn, boosts concentration levels and cognitive ability, and helps reduce the risk of cognitive degenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s ((c) Copyright skillsyouneed.com 2011-2019, n.d.).
